Registration charges, lawyers fee, sales tax, Service tax, deposit for electricity/water connection and any other statutory fees/charges which are at present levied and that may be levied or imposed in future and/or may be enhanced from time
to time will have to be borne by the buyer.
On booking, an agreement will be executed between the land owner, builder and purchaser.
The contract value in the agreement covers the cost of the land, building and other common infrastructure.
*The builder reserves the right to make minor changes in dimensions and specifications during execution, if necessary.
*Housing Loans arranged as per terms and conditions of the financing institutions.
