Hailing from a noble family in Guruvayur, the founders of Indraneelam, R V Abdul Latheef, R V Fasal Rahman and R V Shafeek, have been involved in timber and furniture business for over 30 years. After diversifying into Railway signalling and contracting with the Indian Railways, they entered the real estate scenario in 2002 with Indraneelam, a synonym for perfection in the home building arena.
