1. 24 hrs security ensure to attend every genuine need of the owners of flats.
2. The Builder will help coordinate with the customers in Interior design, budgeting, Home loans, After sales, facilities management, resale if requested.
3. Cleanliness, Housekeeping, Payment of bills in all the completed projects to be maintained by the caretakers appointed by the Association.
