FLOORING : Vitrified in all areas, glazed tiles in bathroom floor & walls
PAINTING : Internal walls with emulsion paint over putty finish.
KITCHEN : Granite counter top with stainless steel Sink. 60 cms high dado with glazed tiles above counter.
DOORS / WINDOWS : Teak wood door Frame with Teak skin shutters for Front door. Other frames are
seasoned good quality Hardwood and skin doors. Balcony door:- sliding glass doors with plain glass,
Windows of Aluminium shutters with glass and MS grills.
